what does a secret shopper mean?? can u pls explain the concept. thanks
ReplyDeleteSecret shopper means that you get an assignment to shop. For instance, the other day I went to a store posing as a customer. The company asked me to ask specific questions to see how the sales associate responded. You fill out a survey afterwards and get paid. Some of the times you have to buy something, the two I did on Friday I didn't have to buy anything, just pose as someone shopping.
